L’impianto di granigliatura a tavola rotante prevede che un operatore disponga i pezzi da
trattare sulla tavola rotante, chiuda le due porte della macchina, imposti il tempo di
trattamento dal quadro elettrico ed avvii il ciclo in automatico.
La tavola rotante inizierà a ruotare lentamente la turbina posta sulla zona superiore
eseguiranno l’operazione di granigliatura automatica.
A fine ciclo i pezzi (se dovranno essere sabbiati anche dal lato di appoggio alla tavola)
dovranno essere girati e procedere con la ripetizione del ciclo.
Una volta terminato il ciclo, l’operatore potrà prelevare i pezzi trattati e ricaricare nuovamente
la tavola stessa.
La ripetitività del ciclo comporta una notevole capacità produttiva della macchina.
L’impianto è completo di unità filtrante atta al recupero delle polveri.

COMPONENTI MECCANICI
La granigliatrice è realizzata in acciaio al carbonio di forte spessore con protezione e
corazzatura con piastre in acciaio al Manganese in prossimità della zona di lancio opposta alle
turbine.
Tutte le parti interne della camera sono inoltre protette con gomma antiabrasiva allo scopo di
annullare l’effetto di abrasione della graniglia di rimbalzo.
La macchina è completa di doppie porte con apertura manuale opportunamente protette
all’interno con lastre di gomma antiabrasione.
Una serie di accessori completano la funzionalità impianto:

ELEVATORE A TAZZE: realizzato in acciaio al carbonio con opportuni accorgimenti tecnici atti a
mantenere efficace il sistema di trasporto interno costituito da una cinghia in gomma alla quale
sono fissate delle tazze in lamiera con il compito di portare la graniglia al selezionatore polveri
posizionato sulla parte alta della macchina.
SELEZIONATORE: apparecchiatura di grande efficacia costituita da piani inclinati che
permettono il deflusso della graniglia a pioggia verso una corrente d’aria che ha il compito di
depolverarla.
Nel selezionatore è previsto un attacco per l’aspirazione delle polveri filtrate dal “lavaggio” della
graniglia stessa.
TURBINE: di tipo ad alto rendimento completa di palette e corazze in materiale di acciaio N-
HARD duro allo scopo di garantirne una lunga durata.
L’impianto prevede il montaggio di 1 turbina da diametro mm 260 con potenza di 4.0 kW.

Il quadro elettrico di comando è completo di marcatura CE, gestisce tutte le utenze della
macchina.

ROTARY TABLE GRINDING MACHINE mod. 1000

Used, Overhauled, with filtering unit

The rotary table grinding machine requires an operator to place the pieces to be treated on the rotary table, close the two doors of the machine, close the two doors of the machine, set the time of work from the electrical panel and start the cycle automatically.
The rotary table will start to slowly rotate the turbine located on the upper zone and they will perform the automatic shot blasting operation.
At the end of the cycle the pieces (if they have to be sandblasted also on the table side)
should be turned around and the cycle repeated.
Once the cycle is complete, the operator can pick up the treated parts and reload the table again.
The repetition of the cycle results in a high production capacity of the machine.
The plant is complete with a filtering unit for dust recovery.

MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
The shotblasting machine is made of thick carbon steel with protection and with Manganese steel plates in the proximity of the launching area opposite the
turbines.
All the internal parts of the chamber are also protected with anti-abrasive rubber in order to avoid the abrasion effect of the rebound grit.
The machine is equipped with double doors with manual opening, suitably protected on the inside with anti-abrasion rubber plates.
A series of accessories complete the functionality of the plant:

Bucket elevator: made of carbon steel with appropriate technical devices to maintain the internal transport system consisting of a rubber belt to which sheet metal cups are attached.
buckets are fixed to the rubber belt, whose task is to carry the shot to the powder sorter
positioned at the top of the machine.
SELECTOR: a highly efficient piece of equipment consisting of inclined levels which allow the grit to flow down towards a current of air which has the task of dust removal.
In the sorter there is a connection for the suction of the dust filtered by the "washing" of the grit itself.
TURBINES: of the high-efficiency type complete with vanes and armour-plates made of hard N- HARD steel material in order to guarantee a high level of efficiency.
The plant is designed for the installation of 1 turbine with a diameter of 260 mm and a power of 4.0 kW.

The electrical control panel is complete with CE marking and manages all the machine's utilities.
